Shipping:
Our standard shipment is UPS Ground, insured. Signature Required is automatically selected for any package $200.00 and over.
UPS Next-Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd day shipping are optional, actual charges will apply. All orders must be in before 2:00 p.m. Pacific time to be able to go 3 Day Select, Second Day, Next Day. Any order received after will go out the next business day.
UPS tracking numbers are provided via email automatically at the time of shipment.
Delivery intercept to a different address than on the original order is only available for UPS packages and costs $13.00 per package. The fee will be waived for "will call" pick up at the local UPS hub or if the change of address is needed due to our error.
We do not process credit card numbers until the actual time of shipment.
We ship to APO addresses via USPS priority. We ship to physical US and US APO addresses only.
We do our best to ship orders within 72 HOURS if they are in stock, however it is NOT guaranteed. Freight Policy:
Noveske Rifleworks LLC Ships via UPS Ground Service unless instructed otherwise. Requests for expedited service or other shipping instructions must be made at time of order. A fee of $25 will be added to all drop-ship orders.
Return Policy:
All custom work completed by Noveske Rifleworks LLC is considered a final sale.
All products returned to Noveske Rifleworks LLC must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) issued by Noveske Rifleworks LLC clearly marked on shipping carton or shipment may be refused. Call Noveske Rifleworks LLC for a RMA and shipping instructions before returning any merchandise.
Products ordered in error may be returned to NOVEKSE RIFLEWORKS LLC if a request is made within 30 days of receipt of order. All products returned must be in new, unused condition in the original packaging. Return freight must be pre-paid. A 10% Restocking fee will be deducted from the credit issued.
Products shipped in error by NOVESKE RIFLEWORKS LLC. May be returned if a request is made within 60 days of receipt of order. A credit or replacement will be issued at the original price paid including all freight.
Shipping cost both to and from Noveske Rifleworks LLC are the customers responsibility.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN: To make a return, please take the following steps:
- Please contact us first at 541-479-6117 or chris@noveske.com
- Ship the item back in the original packaging. If that is not possible, please wrap the item in bubble wrap or other quality padding and place in an appropriate box. The item must be securely wrapped inside the box during transport as we cannot be responsible for shipping damages, and please obtain tracking information in case the package is lost in transit.
- Include a note containing all contact info including your name, shipping address, phone number and email, and reason for the return (include as much information about the firearm, ammo, and usage environment for defective returns). Please include a copy of the receipt if possible as well.
- Packages must be returned prepaid by the customer- we do not accept COD packages.
All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase or, if the product was purchased elsewhere, store credit will be issued. You should allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
